About
General members of the Bluegrass Sportsmen's League have the option of becoming a member of the Skeet and Sporting Clays Division. It is not necessary to be a member of the division in order to use any of the division's facilities during normal business hours. Membership in the division has the main advantage of allowing members to shoot targets at a discounted rate. In addition dues are used to maintain and upgrade the division facilities. Dues are currently set at $30 for the 2008-2009 fiscal year, and will increase to $35 for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. Members are invoiced annually beginning August 1st and are prorated 6 times throughout the year.

The Weather in in the Bluegrass region is unpredictable to say the least. The Skeet and Sporting Clays Division currently attempts to operate on a year-round basis, but recognizes that it may be necessary to close the ranges from time to time for safety reasons or due to inclement weather. In the event that the Sportsmen's League is forced to shut down operations, it will also be necessary for the division to shut down its operations. Bluegrass Skeet and Sporting Clays staff will attempt to make range conditions known in the event that inclement weather is in or around the Bluegrass.
